The IROCF reorganized in April 2003 as a 501(c)(3) organization, an IRS Nonprofit Educational and Charitable Organization. IROCF’s aims and objectives, which include the annual college scholarships to students of the fine arts and the establishment of a suitable memorial to Rose O’Neill. IROCF accepts cash donations for its general fund, scholarship awards, the scholarship fund, and headquarter fund, as well as donations of items/objects.

oneillIROCF is working with Drury College in Springfield, MO, to restore the newly renovated Rose O’Neill House as part of its Women’s Center on the campus to include an exhibit of O’Neill items and research information available to the public. The family home of Paul O’Neill, Rose O’Neill’s nephew, is where she spent her last days. The home was given to Drury by the O’Neill family to preserve the memory of Rose O’Neill.
