The International Rose O’Neill Club Foundation is proud to annually award scholarships  to students majoring in the many diverse areas of the fine arts. The purpose of the scholarships is to promote the cultural arts with financial aid, interest and compassion in keeping with the philosophy of Rose O’Neill to help others as she did during her lifetime. Past recipients have included those majoring in art, illustration, performing arts, and music to name a few.  Potential recipients range from incoming college freshmen to graduate and post graduate students.

The applicant must be recommended in writing by a member in good standing of the IROCF. The recipient(s) will be selected by a Scholarship Committee with final approval by the Board of Directors.
